Anti-Trump Hysteria and Silliness

When you reach a certain age, you really won't give a sh!t what people think. You say what's on your mind. Unfortunately, when I have said that on the forum, the post disappears.

For the most part I haven't in quite some time.....it drives my wife nuts

Furthermore, I thought she had a cultural aversion to holding hands...

I'm sure CNN will find some way to twist this before long...

http://www.cnn.com/2017/06/11/politics/trump-crashes-wedding/index.html

Kristen Piatkowski and Tucker Gladhill got a big surprise at their wedding reception late Saturday night: a visit from President Donald Trump.

The President dropped in at about 10:30 p.m. ET, hours into the reception, which was being held at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster Township, New Jersey, according to someone who was in the room.

Guests were unaware that Trump, who stayed at the club this weekend, was stopping by until Secret Service agents came into the room minutes before his arrival to clear the way and make sure guests wouldn't surround him, the source said.

Of course, the d-bag CNN commentators lived up to the old saying "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all." They were beside themselves trying not to spew their hatred other than a sarcastic "memorable" for the couple.

The '70s called . . .

Didn't you guys lose your crap when others made fun of Michelle for stuff she would wear? It's okay if you all do it though, right?😬

Maybe you shouldn't watch CNN?

The fact that you know you'll be outraged by watching and then watching anyway doesn't make me think you're thinking this all the way through.

I've never watched Hannity and thought "I can't believe this guy is being a douche again."

And get accused of only using single sources as news? C'mon. What's the fun in that?

No, I tend to actually use more than a few sources for my news other than VN. Fox, CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, BBC, RT and from time to time just a random Google search. It tends to net me a good variety of viewpoints on the stories instead of being offended by one.

And I'm not outraged. But this is the "Hysteria and Silliness" thread. Had Obama or Clinton done something like this, I would have thought it pretty neat as well and you damn well know CNN would have been fawning over him as well as how giddy they would have been reporting it. Just pointing out the (continued) hypocrisy in the news.

And Septic, perhaps you should watch Hannity. At the very minimum, you'd get all sorts of new materials for on here.

I imagine that the dissolution agreement spells out that to get her billion dollars a few years from now she has to keep up the charade, especially when they know they have these staged appearances.

We'll see if she can keep up appearances in less artificial circumstances.

Yes, of course. How silly of me to overlook that.

Well it seems like the bellyaching over all the "fake news" is usually sourced from a couple of places, MSNBC or CNN. I'm just making the observation that if those two offer little value, as is proffered - folks should move on.

Trump is the only source necessary, he provides fresh material daily. I don't need another douche-bag to pay attention to.
