When it comes to God, you disagree with well educated, independent thinkers who have faith in God and God's word, right?

Same for me with climate "science".

A bit of a conflation. I disagree with anyone who willfully ignores evidence.

If the scientific method produces data and that data is reported - it's not "science", it's simply science.

Trump is exploding the image of the US as a respected world leader. What an embarrassment. This will be looked back on as a day of shame for the US. Absolutely mind boggling.

No he's not. When something bad happens around the world the people will be calling their sugar daddy to come help.

(with regard to this specific agreement, not climate change itself)

Was he applying "argument by consensus" as you suggest or was his argument more one of "the company you keep"... Nicaragua is only out of the Paris accord because they didn't think it went far enough... So, it really is just us and the country that uses Sarin gas on their own people.

Trump: I was elected to fight for the people of places like Pittsburgh, not Paris

I'm not watching it. Did he really say that? That is such an antiquated statement. Pittsburgh is not the steel city anymore and it hasn't been for 50 years. He (or more realistically, Bannon) tries soooo hard to pander to his base.

Lol. That was already done by his cuck predecessor.

It becomes increasingly hard to argue against the Trump stereotype. Did anyone watch his speech and Pruitt's comments afterward? If so, can you honestly say you are in agreement. We just took a huge step backwards. The end of Trump cannot come soon enough. Bannon enjoyed the speech, Ivanka, not so much.

Wow, curveball thrown - wasn't expecting the race card

Conservatives know that they can throw out the same BS about jobs and workers for the uninformed base when their actions do just the opposite. EVERY nation in the world but Syria, Nicaragua and now USA belong to Paris Accord. This was all campaign rhetoric--nonsense. Name one thing that Trump has done for the American worker--one thing. There is nothing--just the opposite. George Bush supported the Paris Accord, by the way. I got a laugh at Pruitt blathering about American's environmental achievements in the past--a man who is TOTALLY in the pocket of the energy industry--complete toady. USA, by the way, is the world's second biggest carbon emitter in the world. Califorinia has massive commitment to environment and its economy is thriving. All Trump does is throw BS to you gullible conservatives.

Trump didn't carry Pittsburgh and the mayor has already come out with a statement saying Pittsburgh will remain dedicated to following the Paris agreement. See tweet below.

As the Mayor of Pittsburgh, I can assure you that we will follow the guidelines of the Paris Agreement for our people, our economy & future.
