Still being in the Reserves forces me to have a reason to go other than I want to. I allot 2 hrs everyday. Normally round lunch time since I work from the house.
Yeah. I still do enough to maintain, but I want to be able to walk when I'm 70 so I take it pretty easy on my knees these days. Plenty of ways to stay fit but I miss running. It was such a stress reliever.
