The whole issue is that we're even having to debate who is the better program between Arkansas and Tennessee. Tennessee should have a straggle hold on the east right now but we've underachieved. I'm hoping the defense will be much better and much healthier this year which will pay off. In game decisions have been questionable with Butch but his offense has been potent. We just need some consistency on offense without turning the ball over and the defense to be as good as it should be.

there are those that think the perception of TN revolves around the 3 straight bowl wins, apr, recruiting, heck even beating FL and GA.

yet, when these two clowns start talking....you hear about the losses, champions of life, usce, vandy.

so, i find that interesting, given how some think we're perceived, nationally.

Head 2 Head is a valid argument, as is Butch underachieving with better players, and the west is MUCH better than the east. I don't see how you can argue any of those points. They are factual. You never Trumpers let your emotions get the best of you.

Might be interesting to see how many players he has had drafted compared to CBJ

It will eventually come back around. Three ways for it to happen:

1. Anyone of TN, FL, GA hire an elite coach
2. Saban retires
3. One of our coaches go Dabo route

I can't imagine the West v. East has anything to do with any of it does it?

Our 4-4 record in 2016 would've been good for 4th in the West.

Our 5-3 Record in 2015 would've been good for 3rd in the West.

That assuming we actually carried the same record over. You can't use total wins as the measuring stick without the caveat of who the wins came against.

A Gator talking garbage about our performance vs the SEC West? Even in the Tebow years (2006-2009) the Gators still lost to an SEC West team. You always lose to an SEC West team! Get lost dude.

...and who the losses have come against. Some people here are strongly suggesting that Arkansas plays a much stronger schedule than we do and that's normally not the case. The best team Arkansas plays ever year is far and away Alabama - but we play them every year too! Our best non-conference opponent is also usually much better than their best non-conference opponent. That was very much the case in 2015.
