You know, the more we get insulted by the media or teams, the more I don't give a crap. I'm done wasting my energy on trying to defend Tennessee despite being a die hard fan.

I'm just ready for Butch to prove that doubters wrong but I'm not wasting my breath trying to defend him when he's got a lot more work needed to be done. He's recruiting at a high level, keeping the program out of trouble, and winning us back to back bowl games. Now it's time to win the East and win the games he's supposed too. Butch deserves a little bit of criticism so he shouldn't be surprised by all the negative comments made by the media. This is his last chance.

This is a time to consider the source (Mark Schlabach).... A good question for him would be, who is Georgia's doppelganger? It certainly isn't Ole Miss who beat the hell out of them last year... and when is Georgia going to reclaim their state title? Schlabach used to be a regular on Basilio and has always been jealous of Tennessee. The Dobb Nail Boot must have really stung last Oct. 1.

Your last statement is just subjective garbage. The year we played Arkansas they had a junior and senior laden team playing our freshmen and sophomores. Last year we dealt with an insane amount of injuries due to the lack of a legit strength coach. Has nothing to do with player development. How many players from Arkansas were drafted a couple of weeks ago?

Contradicting yourself again. If we are beating them in recruiting and sending more guys to the NFL then why are they comparable to us in other ways? Sounds like Beliema is doing more with less and Jones is doing less with more.

Not going to argue the merits of their discussion but you will not find a sports writer anywhere who is more anti-Tennessee than Schlabach. Notice that he didn't want to discuss the fact that Tennessee has beaten Georgia the last two years did he? He is a Georgia homer.
