Same exact thing happened to someone in my close family two months ago. No blow test. No urine test. Arrested for DUI, spent the night in jail, had to make bail. Immediately went to Dr's office and got a full blood screen. Negative on everything.
Still falsely imprisoned. Still out bail money. Still have to go to court appearances that they postpone b/c state blood test results haven't come back. The vast majority of people are stopped and questioned simply. Excuse they're driving their car.
We literally live in a police state, and we take it with grins.

Oh man. I'm from Washington. DUI checkstops are illegal there. Yeah, illegal. The first time I ever drove through one was when I moved down here to Georgia. Turns out most arrests and tickets are for everything but impaired driving. Cracked windshields, lights, stuff in your car, back child support, etc... I can't believe people allow that ****.
All they do is give police a reason to stop you, question you, only to see if they can find a reason to detain you. It's disgusting.
Depending on when that happened, you might be able to get that charge wiped clear. They found out that the DUI charges or arrests were dubious about 4 years ago and threw a bunch of cases out of court.
That's a **** ton of manpower for an assumed weed dealer.
