flipping through twitter and clicked on Alton Howard... He had posted an article where Utah State was giving love to Daniel Gray.... Refresh my memory, why did he leave? I remember he ran a 4.37 40yd....

There's been so much bickering between so many different posters on VN lately. It's like everyone's cycles are synced. Or perhaps it's just the off-season..

So last year the complaint in recruiting was fast start with underwhelming finish. This year it is slow start with the rest TBD.

Last year's finish was a direct reflection of the struggles we had closing out the year. This year will be as well, obviously a lot of wait and see mentality which is understandable. My question is what is the threshold Butch has to acheive to secure the other 5 or 6 "studs" we need to remain competitive?

Shoop said that Warrior has commented on how he can't believe how easy it is this year and doesn't know why he had such a hard time getting it last year. He has always been a great athlete but it sounds like the switch got clicked sometime between the end of the season and spring practice. I'll bet Warrior is a permanent fixture in the defensive backfield this year.

I've said it a dozen times (mostly to D4H) but it amazes me when a player does well, the first response is always "unbelievable that the coach hadn't been playing him the entire time!"
Never a single thought given to the most likely scenario. Their playing well BECAUSE the had time to develop.

It's really becoming a pet peeve with me. Just seems so simple that it should be the first thought that people have. Instead of the coaches aren't good enough at fb to see someone doing well.

Maybe he got some tips from Dale over Christmas break.

Spot on.

Except I use speak to text on my phone and it doesn't seem to know the difference between they're and their.
Or the and they.

Of course I could actually proofread before hitting submit?

Which is worse? Grammatical errors or suggesting I know better but am too lazy to care?
Now I'm sad and indecisive :/

A certain someone says a lot of ****. Anybody could throw countless amounts against a wall and have some of it stick.

But this has been from day 1 my biggest prediction and the source of countless argument. When the rest of you were laughing at the notion Dobbs was even a draftable prospect at QB two years ago, I was saying he was a 1st-2nd round talent.

This isn't just a throw against the wall prediction. I predicted the exact situation that is happening right now. While KBVol and the other Dobbs haters on this site were citing clowns like Matt Miller saying Josh was an undrafted free agent or 6th-7th round prospect, I said he would ultimately go in the 2nd round. I predicted he would excel at the senior bowl. I predicted he would test well and interview well at the combine. I predicted he would kill at his pro day. I predicted he would ultimately be a solid 3rd round prospect by draft day. And I predicted that at least one team would fall in love with him and take him much earlier than most think. I was the one who said 2nd round was a possibility when all the internet sites and TV experts were saying 6th-7th round.

So please stop with the lie I just threw something against the wall and it finally stuck. I have been predicting this ultimate result since I joined this site 2 years ago.

Then, after 1 bad game, I apologized for ever giving him any support. I have predicted every possible outcome since I joined this site 2 years ago.

Embrassing.

Putrid.

Disgusting.

I can't believe I trusted these guys to improve. I can't believe I thought Butch Jones was anything but a liability. I can't believe I thought Dobbs could pass the ball.

I'd like to apologize to everyone for everything I said over the summer. This team sucks and this QB is terrible.

Hopefully Florida blasts them next week and Butch Jones is fired on the spot.

Just wait until Dobbs is drafted in the 2nd round and I go on a bumping spree of yalls past posts.

I'm sure I'll find a lot more content than just one post.
