I went to bed after the tying HR. I figured the Cubs magic from last season was bleeding over and the Cards were gonna piss it away. I watched the highlights the next morning and was kicking myself for going to bed. :banghead2:

I didn't go to bed but I did switch channels cause I was pizzed! Waited a few minutes and had to check back, it was just as Grichuk's hit reached the base of the left field wall! Very good way to start the season, no quit..

I really miss the pre 2016 recruiting classes where we had tons of energy and recruiting buzz. Shouldve taken care of business last year, we would have continued the trend...
