Good to hear Osborne being a dog early on. Need him to take over. Kid has a lot of talent and fits the mold of the Buckeye CBs(had an offer from them too). Need him and Warrior to lead that backend for us.

We need that dog in warrior to show for us... IMO... without a Dog at Safety the defense will never be what it could be... of course I played safety so... there's that.

Proudest accomplishments besides the pic six's... broke three dudes ribs and gave three more concussions... oh I mean... we won a lot of games.... 😎

Only injured one guy - while in high school we'd go down to the local elementary school on Sunday afternoons and play tackle - broke a guy's collarbone

I was the only girl that played with them 😎

Yet to see a Lb Kelly hasn't made look foolish

Didn't make any from Bama, Florida or Georgia look foolish last year cause he had like 3 carries for 8 yards against them.

Made some TN Tech guys chase him though.

Just because I'm not buying that he's the next Travis Stephens doesn't mean I think he's trash but this board is already blowing this guy up well beyond what he's proven.

Sure did. Because it's absurd.

Overhyping is your specialty.

Yeah watch you eat all this crow on him as the feature back. Kid impresses every time he hits the field. Always has since his freshman year. Strong with great top end speed I'll take him any day. Remember I've been overhyping him for two years now. 😎😎😎😎😎

Saying he's going to be a good back is one thing. That is understandable.

You said heisman. You always go overboard. It's your thing. 😎😎😎😎😎

Thirded. I grew up in the 70's watching the Reds at Riverfront. Been painful to watch the last few years though.

Agree. I'm so old I remember going to games at Crosley with my dad. Clueless ownership it appears. The new GM is the son of one of them and was trained by Jocketty, so not expecting much. Worst starting pitching situation I can ever remember after having the worst pen I can ever remember last season.

I don't know why they love Abernathy at Safety so much. He should be on the field, but not as a safety.

Someone should get on the PA and tell these dorks in Neyland Stadium for Rokerthon that they need to start showing up for basketball games. If you can show up for a flash mob at 8am you can show up for a basketball game on a Tuesday night.

Heisman quality and a winner are two different things. Spin it however you want.... Go overboard on that.... Read my comments closer and stop hating on an elite RB on your own damn team....

Leonard Fournette is elite. Jamal Lewis was elite. Bo Jackson was elite.

John Kelly to this point has been a really nice backup to two guys who were very very good but not elite.

Tossing around words like heisman and elite is where you go overboard.

I'm not hating on him. I'm keeping it real. Just because I don't think he is an elite back doesn't mean I think he's lame. Don't get it twisted.

Agree that Abernathy is a NB. But the coaches made the call and now they have Buchanan running with Gaulden (when he comes back) at NB, instead of Gaulden at S where he belongs. While Byrd still works at slot so he can have the ball in his hands 2-3 times a game. Maybe Scott changes that, but if he uses his TE's more there are only so many plays any of them get the ball thrown to them.

Normally all of that would mean we are wrong since the coaches would know more than we do. But based on last (and other) season's results - we are probably not wrong.
