Lol, but it isn't why Kap doesn't have a starting job
I didn't see the clip so I can't really argue it substantively but if his point is that America is a majority white nation and white people who tend to be far more conservative (particularly older whites) and also more apt to take serious offense to the type of protest Kap was doing then I think it stands. A franchise doesn't want to pay top dollar for a QB who is going to alienate their fanbase -- they need a QB who puts butts in seats and gets fans to buy team gear etc. So in that way America being a white majority does matter not because it's white but because whites tend to be more conservative and more likely to not support a team that hires Kap.
Then why doesn't Cutler have a job? Also, want to agree with him that the attempt to control celebrations in the NFL is because they are "attempting to control the brothers"?
C'mon now. I told I didn't see the clip. Don't lump me in with that. But the fanbase's opinion of you matters a great deal as does the owners who see you as a headache they don't want or need. Plenty of nice guys in the lower ranks of the NFL (benchwarmers and scout team guys) that stick around when they aren't that good because they're a joy to work with and are helpful to their team and teammates beyond just playing time while a slightly more talented azz gets cut.
Cutler and Kap are more talented than those guys but they have made themselves toxic in different ways. Kap will be forced to take a job for way less than he'd normally get because of it all.
Gyew? You could have a good pronoun. I don't know what I've got in me. Adopted at birth and have no desire to know any more than the family that raised me. I did test negative for sickle cell on a high school field trip to Meharry about 30 years ago fwiw.I'm part Jew and part Gypsy and I hate everyone and think that they suck.
