Well, she does love the bang bang shrimp at bonefish. nothing really interesting about it. we see the tacos on their menu but never order them. the sauce is just sriracha, mayo and salt and pepper. I guess it's only different from that because it doesn't have that sweet chili sauce in it? pretty sure I looked up their recipe before.

Okay, I'll leave it that so I don't go into my story.haha.

I forgot to say, I think the plate and bowl color combo is really cool too. That's a nice looking dish.

By the way, did she add green onion after she took the pic? :)

This is asparagus and pine nut encrusted lamb chops. The addition of some fresh mint in the purée would make it perfect. IMO.

I'm not a fan of lamb, but I'll try almost anything if it looks like it's been prepared with love. :) Like that lamb dish above. To me, that's beautiful.

In general, you are correct tho.

Off the top of my head, the only "food" items I'm completely "anti" is monkey brains, balls of anything and foie gras. I'll at least try most anything.

You're weird. Lol, seriously, Grilled Ribeye and grilled asparagus is a pair that is damn near unmatched. Take 3-4 stalks, a piece of red pepper cut in a strip, a piece of jalapeño cut the same, put the pepper and jap in the middle of the asparagus and wrap a piece of bacon around it all and grill it. Drizzled with some olive oil.

Then tell me you don't like asparagus. :p

*You can pan fry it too.
I haven't had it grilled, or like that. I may try it.

Bought a bag of these over the weekend. Been putting them in my yogurt. Not too bad. Supposed to be really good for you. Will probably find out in a month or two that they are actually going to kill me.
