It just seems to me that if it's close, they have to give it to JG right? He can do so many things that's Dormady can't. Dormady has a good arm, he's a good passer, but so is JG and JG has a massive athletic advantage. I don't know much about Dormady off the field, but JG seems to be a natural leader also. We'll see I guess, I just have the feeling that it will be Dormady's job to lose because he's a safer option.
JG *might have more talent but a QB still has to be capable of running the offense. We have no idea if he has an advantage in that area.
All these posts about JG being the "right QB" before he even takes a snap, reminds me of the promises of Richmond taking it to the next level immediately.

Why? Good move.
That's easy.
2016- loaded at DE and no opportunity to play so Smith moves there which appeared to be to have one year to be ready to help the following year. Oh and LB depth Sucked
2017- Lb is experienced with help arriving and DE is a very iffy position without Much depth and Smith moves back to LB.
He seems to be at the position he is needed the least that's why it's a fiasco
Is he Peyton?
That's easy.

Don't know.
You said assume that JG already had the offense down as well as QD.
I thought we just got to assume for both?
Am I supposed to just ASSUME JG is more talented and has already won the team and mastered the offense, while having almost superhuman talent?
All without ever having taken a snap.
He's kinda the Paul Bain of QBS at this point.
So the answer to the question then, is that assuming they equally know the offense, Dormady has to be Peyton to beat out JG. Wow, no pressure
