Never heard from Tin Man about him trying it with his homemade mayo. Guess his wife didn't like it. My guess is his mayo sucked.

Just kidding Tin.:)

I don't really care for pineapple, but it works good with certain items. I don't eat it in sweets, like cake. Bluck. I have enjoyed a little with a bunch of rum tho.

Looks like a nice sirloin.

Only thing I've used A1 for in the last 20 years or so is a funky Bloody Mary mix.

First mayo crap.
Now pineapple!

Had a last minute request to make a dessert tomorrow for work. Seems like the cheesecake part evaporated into the cupcake. Oh well, still a good chocolate mint oreo cupcake.

Mint? That's crap.

Haha, they look good. I'm sure they'll be a hit. I like mint and chocolate. Saw a chocolate mint plant at lowes the other day, I tasted a leaf and it was really interesting. If they still have some next time I'm there, think I'll try it just for the heck of it.

They are pretty good. I love mint and chocolate together. It has a mint oreo at the bottom of the cupcake as well. Crazy overdose of mint.

Back when I used to eat eggs on a regular basis, I'd put a pinch or two of yellow curry powder in my scrambled eggs.

Why did you stop eating eggs?

From now on my comment on eggs prepared in any way is, sounds good!

Hope my Ghost peppers live/produce. Guess I should have researched them before I bought them. Read this morning, they MUST have temps 70 and above to produce and temps below that may even kill them. Gonna be interesting to see.

It hit my missus, first. Eggs gave her gastrointestinal distress. Every time. Weird. I continued to eat eggs with no problems. Then, oops. Maybe the missus and I are sharing some gut fauna which objects to eggs. Dunno.

I ate some rice chex with strawberries cut up in it for breakfast. Squid ink sounds a little weird. Love scallops tho.

Haven't had rice Chex in a long time, I'm not much on cereal tho.

I guess squid ink does sound a little weird but it just sounds that way. Other than being a little salty, you can't taste it, unless you use too much, then it has an iodine flavor and sucks. It's only used for color. I tried to use it once to make decoy black chicken, it looked really cool, to me, but no one else was impressed and it didn't taste good at all. I think I could have gotten it right, but didn't have any interest.

Behr, because of my cirrhosis I'm not supposed to eat salt. I'm not a big fan of Mrs. Dash either. Can you recommend a good, sodium-free, spice for potatoes?

Behr... are you a boneless or bone-in chicken cacciatore guy?

I've never seen bone-in before today.

First thought that came to mind was Rosemary, fresh and dried works wonders with all types of potatoes.

Can't think of anything off the top of my head.

How are you preparing them?
