I'll start it off again, people above 50 tend to think blogs with no sources are real news and will fall for photoshopped jpegs or image macros containing false info like no other age group.

I'm 30, my parents are in their 60's, and every time I go home to visit them, a portion of our time together is spent on explaining to them that the garbage their facebook friends are sharing is wildly unsubstantiated or just plain wrong.

I'm sorry you take this personally, but boomers have been really ill-equipped to handle the (fake) information age. Probably something to do with cold-war era conditioning...

Edit: Fwiw, my 96 year old grandmother is AWESOME at picking up on bull****.

Hell yeah, I'm down for a good stoning. I saw some woman driving next to me earlier. I even saw her head, it makes my blood boil. Do you think we can get the illegals to do the stoning for us in mass for dirt cheap?
