It's almost as if they're turned.

Almost as if we're on the precipice of the biggest scandal in American history.

Bigger picture, this is more significant than the U.S. softening its stance toward Ukraine, because it affects our ability to deal with China, the Middle East, Mexico, everywhere.
 
That senators would be questioning the promotion of American values, yes.

If only they were promoting just that...

Promoting a progressive left-leaning political culture, shaping media bias and implementing programs associated/funded by George Soros' open society network isn't the same as the promotion of American values...
