At the end of the day all that matters is that they got the best guy they could get. I think there are plenty questions regarding success on that end at this point. The managing of the situation was a debacle from the beginning. And they deserve what ever level of scrutiny they get for that part. This come down to what 1 man wanted.

Actually he is on easy street..i'm sure hiis. Employment agreement calls for a one year salary or more based on the separation agreement in the event of termination. Probably also gets a pension after being invested with the system for appeared of time I'm sure the years prior to leaving UT the first time counts towards his years of service so all good for him
