As far as pay, from what I've read on here, anytime we want someone we just need to "throw whatever amount it takes at them" .

So I'm guessing it's like Monopoly money and an endless supply, name your price.

Pretty standard interview. No "bombs" dropped or anything like that. Of course, my feed went out while he was answering the last question: How bad do you want this job. The part I heard, he was saying that he definitely wants the job.

He also said he was told that there was 8-10 candidates that would get interviews.

They are not starting the search from scratch regardless of how many candidates they interview. I also doubt 8-10 actually get formal interviews on campus.

I am sure that there are other administrations that cannot stay out of their own way like ours. But, it is disheartening to see two of our biggest rivals, Bama and Florida, handle the transition with so much more ease than we have.

Two that I can think of are the University of Phoenix and Southern New Hampshire University.
