5 years is enough to know with Holly. Fire immediately. She could recruit the #1, #2, and #3 players in America for 4 straight years and still lose 10+ games a season. Player development, system, S&C, and game day are all so bad.

I think it depends on who the A.D. hire is. In five years as a head coach, she still has not figured out how to run an effective offense against a zone.
