Man it's just February and we have the two of the top 10 players in the state, one of them is one of the top recruits in the nation, I'd say we are doing pretty good

So, why do you and Scout think that we are not near the top of his list? I would say that while there are likely people who know who he likes best right now, 11.6 MONTHS FROM NEXT YEAR'S SIGNING DAY, it matters little. Making his top 6 is fine, for now.

fair question...after a thorough 2-3 second scan of the top 15 teams using a comparative analysis formula, er off the top of my head id say 3-5.

Seriously, this has the same feel to it last years class did. When Butch came in here there was a lot of excitement...seemed like something was always going on to generate excitement. Some have said Butch has already conceded inhis own mind. I hope that isnt true.

i will say this after a solid bowl win and banner in state year we could have closed better in my mind last year for sure. Not sure of the political distractions in athletic dept; dont care. All i see is a team we beat in Florida move past us in the rankings, not to mention Uga. Yes im basing this off Florida. Any other coach coulda used that momentum and capitalize on it.

Now, our 1.15 mil DC doesnt seem to want to get out there either. I could just be unaware. Butch and gang will need to step it up. We have some key areas we need good players.

So if we had one more recruit right now you would be happy? Unless he was a three star im guessing.

Quit worrying about other teams, especially a year out from NSD.

I don't think Butch has conceded in his mind based off of the coaching hires that he has made this offseason. Those hires also, should help in a big way in recruiting. All 3 are recruiting upgrades. Hopefully they will pay dividends. I'm thinking we get most of the in state talent this year

Yes, Rivals is not what you think it is. When it comes to providing subscription information they are not very good at all. Scout has them beat on that in my opinion.

They are not terrible though either. Like I said Bleacher Report is not a true recruiting service so I guess I could put Rivals ahead of them. Thanks!
