Who thinks they can walk down the streets in major cities in any of these countries wearing a "I AM AN AMERICAN" tee shirt and survive? Anyone doing this would be killed even if he looked like an Arab. A percentage of the population will kill you just for that, they will kill anyone who draws a picture of Mohammed or writes anything questioning Islam. If a woman is raped she is killed for the crime of enticement. This is the way they desire to live and I have no problem with that but I can't think of one reason to import this lifestyle into the US. Minimum they need to be heavily vetted.

Hard to describe how bat s*** crazy I think it is for anyone (especially the judges themselves) to think the judiciary should become involved in immigration policy when the constitution makes no mention their authority over the matter.

I despise judges who legislate constitutional issues from the bench. It's NOT their place.

You do realize that the federal courts oversee literally thousands upon thousands of immigration cases every year, right? At every level.
