SC Justices are Article III judges as well, all with presidential appointments. SCOTUS can, at its discretion, review and change lower courts decision. But suggesting the Federal judge who stayed the Cheeto's EO overstepped his authority is irrelevant unless SCOTUS takes up an appeal. Until then, the judge's word is final.

IANAL but that's my understanding.

Of course not but you're talking about the impact of one single immigrant family on a country - which is nothing... but if there was ever something similar to the Mariel boatlift in a middle eastern nation (over 100,000 immigrants all at once). Over the course of 3 generations there would be a shift in tolerance of other cultures - even in the middle east. It goes without saying that no such western infiltration into that region is possible or even desired.
