Kinda wish we could poach that WR coach. Give us a bigger presence in LA and he may be an upgrade over ZA

Jones has proven difficulty in developing elite talent, so I am not sure what folks think is going to happen to marginal/good talent that we signed yesterday.. not trying to knock the kids, they will come in and do their very best, but proof is in the pudding. Our best WR left early and our other one is getting arrested... Byrd showed flashes but no one else jumped out or really stepped up.... we will have a new QB.... staying healthy will be an absolute must if we are to even be competitive next season. What irks me the most is with all the issues and negativity perceived with FL and Donkey's recruiting, they surged past us and landed a top 10 class along with Auburn.... I still would like to know what GA's and Smart's secret was this year to their success.... This will unfortunately be the beginning of the end for Butch-- I know folks will say that is crazy after one marginal recruiting class, but look at who we lost on the roster, who is taking their place, and who will be in the two deep for the next two years.... Many feel we nosedived in recruiting because we crapped the bed at SC and Vandy, along with all the end of the season speculation of Butch looking around/coaching instability... We are not going to win as many games next season as this season and Butch's seat will be even warmer... how do you think our recruiting class will look then? I hope I am wrong, but folks need to quit chugging the orange koolaid and settle in for an average season and then extreme instability to the coaching staff in December....

I noticed that too. I honestly have no clue but probably just everything combined. Coaching disagreements, injuries, players resisting position changes.

I think 2018 is set up to be our best class in the CBJ era. Lots of good in state talent and already a lot of interest from higher ranked prospects. Im excited to see this class start rolling. Would love to get a commit today

I'm afraid to even let myself go down that road after we said the same thing last year about this class.

What? Wonder why. Can we tell Canales we changed our mind, and hire Craig as QB coach? He's an elite recruiter, which we need desperately.

It will eventually hit the interwebs but I certainly understand you not wanting to be the one responsible. Hard to keep stuff like that under wraps.

So has the Gooch gone completely off the edge into the urine infested kiddy pool or do his '18 recruit thread bump posts actually make sense to someone. I don't mind the bumps just confused as to the lingo.
