Yet another deflection. The DHS concluded that Trump's executive order couldn't possibly include green card holders (a logical assumption of a vaguely written order) but they were overruled by Steve Bannon.

Soon there won't be much to clear up. A second Federal judge has found the Executive Order unconstitutional. Issues order banning removal of green card holders being detained at Dulles. Also requires access to lawyers. Also it seems that Trump signed illegal immigration / refugee Executive Order without consulting DOJ lawyers on it conditionality or coordination with DHS, State, DoD.

There's nothing unconstitutional about controlling who gets into our country. That's is completely absurd

I'm beginning to think that 90% of what the right believes is fake. If what you believed to be true was ACTUALLY true, I could almost understand your positions.

Do yourselves a favor and check the validity of at least of few of the things you accept as fact. When you realize how much misinformation you are being spoon fed, you will be amazed.

Judge Ann Donnelly was born in Michigan and is an Obama appointee. The second Federal Judge that has ruled against Trump is Judge Leonie Brinkema. On October 28, 2003, she sentenced al-Qaeda operative Iyman Faris to twenty years imprisonment for providing material support. She also sentenced 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui to life in a supermax prison. She told him: “You came here to be a martyr and to die in a great big bang of glory, but to paraphrase the poet T. S. Eliot, instead, you will die with a whimper. The rest of your life you will spend in prison." She was appointed by President Bill Clinton.

The unconstitutional part is the fact that the president does not have the constitutional power to decide who is allowed to get into the country. That is a power vested only to congress. The President's job is to enforce said law or legislation. There is also this thing called due process.

No, it's not absurd. Trump has used language in this order which can be used to ban legal US residents who are green card holders that have temporarily traveled abroad from reentering the country. The federal courts are not done with this issue by a long shot.

Well 3 Federal Judges so far say you are wrong. And it doesn't help Trump that he had people who are not lawyers and have no constitutional law experience write his executive orders. It also doesn't help Trump that the lawyers he sent to argue its constitutionality cited the wrong provisions and statues. Just take these 3 L's

The constitution doesn't apply to non citizens who aren't on American soil. Where did you go to school?

Here is the funny thing. Bannon and Miller INTERVENED to apply the order to green card holders. Overruling DOJ last minute legal guidance.
