I'm trying to learn a little auto mechanics. I know nothing, but I enjoy watching these guys on tv buy old cars and restore them. Might be something I try at some point in the distant future. Looks fun

It is fun, just make sure you treat it as a hobby.
If you start feeling like it's a job, you become frustrated and make mistakes.

Been lifting for 15+ yrs. It truly is a lifestyle. I still need to cut 10-15 lbs as I love food and have been developing some in wanted body fat. My frame is aptly built for a lot of weight despite my short stature. Most people don't believe I weigh that much.

As far a weight, I try to keep bench reps under 275 (3 sets of 10). I don't like to lift super heavy, I tore a rotator cuff a while back and am always worried about re-injury. I like the bulky look without (being able to see muscle groups without looking like I hit the juice) looking all cut like a bodybuilder.

My tip for the day: drink chocolate milk after lifting. It contains casein proteins which are good for muscle recovery.

I'm increasing my lifts currently, but this week I did two sets of 235(sets of 5) on bench at 160 pounds.

Lol no that part was blue font. I made a comment today about Volnation liking to add consonants to player's names I.e. Dormandy, Concliffe

It's sad that the NCAA has no balls.

Mark Emmert was the President at LSU while Saban was HC there; they're friends.

They've (NCAA) turned a blind eye to any and all misdeeds at anything Saban has had his hands on for a long, long time.

Woah. Don't sweat the whole clean and dirty food. Get your calories in and eat good food most of the time. Enjoy whatever you like too on occasion, often. I eat them sweets all the time.

Do you like milk?

Cut out all the processed foods tho

Catbone is 6'3" 160lbs guys.

What he needs is about a gallon of ice cream every night and a jar of peanut butter in the morning.

I completely agree. I know that it's hard for Bama fans to see Tuscaloosa for what it really is, but why in the hell would any 18 year old kid want to live there, especially an African American kid? It's ugly, hot and backwards and I'm not just saying that. It may well be that the promise of playing for championships and NFL development is all they need now, but there's no way in hell they were't paying kids in the late 2000s. There will be another Logan Young someday and the house of cards will collapse, again. Saban is smart enough that he'll probably be out of there before it happens but I'd love to see him get nailed.

I don't know wtf I'm doing but I work out 4 days a week. Rotate Back/bi, leg day, and chest/tri. I don't know how much/what to eat and that's my problem. I'm taking creatine and protein shakes as well every day

I noticed you aren't drinking Dr. Pepper. Perhaps that's your problem
