I don't know wtf I'm doing but I work out 4 days a week. Rotate Back/bi, leg day, and chest/tri. I don't know how much/what to eat and that's my problem. I'm taking creatine and protein shakes as well every day

Figure out your TDEE and track your calories. The most important thing to putting on/losing weight is what you do in the kitchen.

For lifts; focus on compounds and hit the accessories you like/ need.

Go to iifym.com and type in your stats. Don't worry about macros just take the cals they give you and track them with myfitnesspal

Done. So I calculated ~2800 calories is my target to gain weight. Any sort of food I should stay away from? Like a clean bulk?

BTW sorry I know this isn't football related but I greatly appreciate the help MockingVol, I struggle with this stuff :hi:

Just make sure you wash and dry all your food man.

How much you weigh?

Even though it's fun, I'm too worried about aesthetics for that lol. You probably have some great lifts at that weight though.

At 5'9"-10" and 160 pounds I can hardly imagine carrying another ~60.

Been lifting for 15+ yrs. It truly is a lifestyle. I still need to cut 10-15 lbs as I love food and have been developing some in wanted body fat. My frame is aptly built for a lot of weight despite my short stature. Most people don't believe I weigh that much.

As far a weight, I try to keep bench reps under 275 (3 sets of 10). I don't like to lift super heavy, I tore a rotator cuff a while back and am always worried about re-injury. I like the bulky look without (being able to see muscle groups without looking like I hit the juice) looking all cut like a bodybuilder.

My tip for the day: drink chocolate milk after lifting. It contains casein proteins which are good for muscle recovery.

Haaaa....

Long story short I used to be chunky near 200 pounds at 5'10 several years ago. Since then I've shot up to 6'3 and slimmed way too far down to a gross 160.

Woah. Don't sweat the whole clean and dirty food. Get your calories in and eat good food most of the time. Enjoy whatever you like too on occasion, often. I eat them sweets all the time.

Do you like milk?

I really like the flavored Kefir (strawberry or blueberry). One cup would give you an extra couple hundred calories plus has good fat and protein.

Those kids in Alabama must love them some Dodge Chargers. I remember back in the day being at UT and seeing some of our players drive some nice rides. I would bet if someone really looked into it, a lot of these are loaners with promise notes...it's illegal but hey Bama makes the NCAA a lot of $$$$

Charger does seem to be the most reoccurring vehicle. Wonder which booster owns a dodge dealership?

Screen name is actually of my first car. Beat-up 71 Charger that I restored. These kids would just wreck it due to lack of power steering while trying to plug an mp3 into the AM radio.

I'd make a sad bagman.

I'm trying to learn a little auto mechanics. I know nothing, but I enjoy watching these guys on tv buy old cars and restore them. Might be something I try at some point in the distant future. Looks fun
