To move to Nashville or not..... 😎 😎 😎 😎 😎

Why not. Real estate (rent or buy) is overpriced and due for a correction. There's not really that many plum jobs available. The traffic is getting worse by the day. Crime is up and so are taxes. Jump on in.

As fun as this would be, I want McElwain at Florida. Couldn't recruit his dog to eat prime rib

The last thing I want is a coaching upgrade there.

I will say in regards to my prior post that I have been here since the early 1970s and many of the things that I've most enjoyed about my hometown have rapidly disappeared in the past decade. So I see this place through different eyes than some.

I can imagine. What area(s) have you lived in?

You should live in a coal mining area like I do. A master sorcerer has worked a huge disappearing act on practically everything. I should have moved to Knoxville years ago. I go down there about once a week to hang out in the record and book stores and get a decent meal.
Nashshville would like NYC to me if I lived there. I went into the biggest Kroger store I've ever seen in my life last night in Halls. The amount and variety of food was mind boggling. Don't take what you (we) have for granted.

I was raised in Brentwood, which really hasn't changed very much other than being less pastoral with more subdivisions. Cool Springs was a big change but it's technically in Franklin. As a young, single person I lived in Crieve Hall and what we'd now call midtown (Vandy area). I've been in Green Hills for a couple of decades.
