SIAP but CCW is also the new STC. I hope we improve there. ST took a step backwards last year.

Volssam, do NOT go writing a fourth (or whatever it's up to now) chapter of the Shadow Man saga wherein we learn that the final payment is that Fulmer will return to the school to complete the destruction that began in his final years as coach! :D

What if...Fulmer takes this postiion and paves the way for Peyton to eventually become the AD in the future? With the love Peyton has for Tennessee, could it be possible?

Doubtful. Peyton a wanted man in NFL front offices. What it might do though is say Butch falls in his face then a guy like JBC may be more likely to come to college game for his former coach or even Tee Martin.

Haha. I was thinking last night about the possibility of writing a 4th one. Full circle we have come. If I do write one it would be closer to the season.

That's it...the ending is Fulmer and Butch meet up one last time with the Shadowman to finish what was started 20 years ago. Reminiscent of the good times of Bama being in hot water with the NCAA, Fulmer sells the entire Bama program to the Shadowman to be destroyed. Fulmer and Butch ride off into the sunset, and Butch and TN are the 2017 National Champions, while Shadowman begins the destruction of Bama.

Interesting day yesterday.

I think the Charlton Warren hire looks very good on the surface. Hope he succeeds here.

Fulmer is an interesting pick. But one thing I'll say in his favor is that he knows what it takes to win in the SEC. And I don't mean that in the cliche "110% effort" sense. I'm talking about the underworld of college athletics in the SEC. Recruiting is a dirty game; Fulmer knows that and has experienced that. I've read rumors/speculation that Barnes has been handicapped as a recruiter because he is under orders to run a very clean program after the Tyndall mess. Under Fulmer, Butch and Barnes should have the approval and the support to get things done.

Hoping for many good years ahead. Go Vols.

So with Thaxton on board and hopefully concliffe, are we done? Still going for another WR?

Don't we have to let someone go if we add 3 more?
