Hello friends, my wife and I were blessed to bring our baby boy into the world a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, he has been having a great deal of trouble with digestion. Signs point toward it being Hirschsprung Disease, which can be surgically repaired. We're here at Vandy so I have every confidence that he's going to be fine, but if you could keep this great team in your thoughts and prayers it would be very much appreciated.

I have probably mentioned this before but Jim Harbaugh's hat looks like he had it made at a kiosk at the mall.

"Hey, could you put me a yellow M on this navy hat? Thanks. How much for all that? $11.50? Great. Be back in 15 minutes after I pick up some khakis at Penny's."

The M looks crooked

Proud of the team for the way they played today. Big thanks to all of our departing seniors and juniors. They were fun to watch.

Not saying the sky is falling, but that USCe game was coming off a bye and by the Vandy game those backups had been playing consistently half the season or more.

I know I'm beating a dead horse here. I'm not trying to be overly negative. But those two losses can't be excused.

I'm all for moving on and putting those games behind us, but we shouldn't be trying justify them.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not justifying the losses. I'm just explaining them. I think those games would have looked different if we had been at full health, that's all I'm saying. It's hard for me to write Butch off when we were down so many key players. Heck, you could say we exceeded expectations given everyone we lost.

This little girl is alive because of the staff at Vandy Children's Hospital, 7 surgeries later. Your son is literally in the best hands possible.

Go to the big hospital (VUMC) for lunch and dinner, much better food and selection, plus there's a Starbucks...wife and I survived off of coffee while we were there the first time.

You have my most sincere prayers for you and yours. I both love and hate that place at the same time.

Your dad seems like a great man. I've lived my entire adult life doing the same thing. Don't worry about anything you can't control. Best advice I've ever received.

Yep, I try not to worry about things and just be positive. Have to just move on.

I swear, I have become more stoic with my older age.
But if the announcers on the Florida State/Michigan game don't stop saying "Griese", "Taco", "Butt" in order, I'm renouncing my adulthood.

Kamara is a much better pass receiver but I think JK is a better runner. It's a good debate on each side i think.

I agree that Kamara is the better receiver and also better in space.

I think JK is a little stronger between the tackles and does a great job of always falling forward. It will be exciting to see him progress.
