Shw pushed him and slapped him. I am sure both were intoxicated or under the influence of something. In that situation you can't tell someone else how or when to feel threatened. She clearly used violence first, if she had not we wouldn't be discussing this video of her and Mixon.

He has to walk away. Her violence is not the same as his. It's that simple.

That is not what happened. To adults hit each other. The adult who started it got hurt. She should have kept her hands to herself. Could he have walked away, sure but he reacted with a punch. How many times have you seen someone get hit and throw a punch back out of reaction?

I have never seen it from level thinking people. He was not punched.

Just watched the video. His life/safety was endangered????

Must be trolling or on crack

What are you talking about?

She could have killed him with push that she staggered back and he didn't move. My God that's scary stuff right there.

Can't believe she's not in prison charged with attempted murder.

No one on her has said anything about her hitting him. Double standard much?

It's called being a man. Level headed people simply don't do what he did.

I am a criminal defense attorney, and I see stuff like this. You just can't do what he did. You have to be a better person and walk away.

I am done. I am not going to change how you feel and you are not going to change how I feel about it. Simply put if you don't want someone to hit you then you probably shouldn't hit them.

As was pointed out in the Oklahoma paper, she committed battery when she pushed and slapped him. Aggravated assault is not an appropriate response to battery and that is what he did breaking her jaw. Aggravated assault was recommended as the original charge. She didn't assault him.

Exactly. Next time my 12 year old nephew pushes me I guess I should knock his ass out. He gon learn.

You guys (me included) are arguing with someone who has the world view of an ape, and usually people with that basic and uncivilized a view of life have a mental capacity to match. No logic will change his mind, might as well try to convince a monkey to stop slinging poop.

Racist imo?

Hell. My wife is in for it next time I feel threatened by her backtalk. As an adult, she should know that if she says something I don't like....that, as of today, I will feel threatened by it. Doesn't matter that I'm a Marine trained in close quarters and hand to hand combat. Words, a push and worst of all, a slap...those things can really hurt.

It is the same thing.

Again, no one is saying she should have pushed him. She shouldn't have. The fact is a pathetic POS knocked her ass out because he got punked. Dude broke her jaw over a push that did nothing to him. The fact you think it's acceptable is incredible. You really need to re-evaluate your standards as a man. I hope you aren't married.

Right. These women gotta know there are consequences to their actions. I feel so bad for Mixon. Can you imagine how terrified he was, in that moment, with that intimidating 120lb woman *gasp* pushing him????

You think BVS is bad, imagine the PTSD he has from that harrowing encounter.
