On butch rumors from LWSVOL

"the tires have been kicked out and about and there does not seem to be any interest by anyone at this time."

LWSvol likes to have an out with the "at this time." Can always turn around and say things have changed at the last hour. I'm not saying they will but until Spring practice starts he's always listening to the next best offer

Apparently Doug Matthews was on radio earlier and said a QB coach would be hired before the bowl game.

Sure. But, we wouldn't have cared about that at the time. We would have loved to go 8-4 or 9-3 that year. Steele can recruit, too, so that may have helped.

Agreed. But I mean an azzwhippin like vs Northwestern. Even then the vandy and usc loss is still terrible but I mean if Butch is going to hang around we gotta hope for some sort of a rebound at the bowl. And some good recruiting news would be nice

Considering the last month has sapped every shred of enthusiasm I had for this season, not very.

Texas Bowl - Texas A&M
Belk Bowl - Arkansas
Taxslayer Bowl - Kentucky
Music City Bowl - Tennessee
Liberty Bowl - Georgia

Birmingham Bowl - Vanderbilt
Independence Bowl - South Carolina

Other Bowl (Las Vegas or Heart of Dallas Bowl maybe?) - Miss St (APR 5-7 team)

Atlanta radio is thinking that Vandy goes to the Liberty and UGA is probably headed to Birmingham.
