Kirkland has been hurt all year, man.

Truly amazing for someone to call him a bust this year. Was never 100 percent after Bristol. Bum ankle and a hurt shoulder/bicep . Lucky he even attempted to play

Yeah, I was wondering how that might affect our bowl placement. I think the voters recognize we could beat or lose to virtually any team in the country on any given day. Hard to rank those kinds of teams.

It's been a strange year in the SEC.

LSU loses to Florida, who is destroyed by Arkansas,who LSU beat.

Tennessee can beat ranked teams Florida and Va Tech but can't beat South Carolina and Vandy

It just goes on and on. I don't recall seeing Texas AM in the top 25...

Vereen has gotten better but he isn't getting drafted. Kirkland is not developing into the star that I thought he was gonna turn into last year, you can make the argument that he is playing like he was last year. Not saying that's not good but he had the billing of being a monster at mlb and I just didn't see that this year.

Agreed but you also have to agree that isn't the norm for his teams. Discipline is why this season failed and I have some optimism he fixes it because he has a history of it.

say what you want about butch but it always seemed we were prepared in a sense that we didnt commit many penalties until this year under him.

The Citrus can pick any bowl eligible SEC team that isn't in the playoff or the Sugar Bowl. Rankings don't matter and the SEC doesn't have a say.
