I don't know about spectacular... it would probably increase my confidence that Butch can still compete for the SEC in the future, though. We still have a BUNCH of players committed that don't have offers from any school who you would worry UT could lose to.

"As for Cam Akers, nothing is guaranteed as of Friday morning. Akers and Clinton High School are in a semifinal game Friday night and if they win that they play in the state championship game next Friday night. So, if he were to make it in for an OV it would have to be Saturday morning. It's not clear, at least as of Thursday morning, where Akers would officially visit this weekend.

Akers then has to check-in at the Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game on Monday. So, can the Vols sneak in an OV next weekend? A midweek visit may be hard with him having to practice for the state title next week and the all-star game the following week."

Appreciate Vq getting everyone excited here just a few days ago. You would have thought they would know he was one game away from the state title next weekend.

Ole Miss? No way buddy. Is this your opinion or you basing it on some source? Ole Miss was 5th just a couple of weeks ago.

Tops were OSU, FSU, Bama, & Georgia. We were ~ 6th. Some now say LSU has moved up to 5th with the Orgeron hiring. That would push Ole Miss back to 6th & us back to 7th if this is the case.

You do know when someone starts a sentence with "I think" that's a pretty rock solid lock to be an opinion.
