Cam isn't close to 100 percent. What a waste of a comeback. He unfortunately puts some bad film on tape now because he did this for his team and coaches with hopes of something bigger. He didn't have to come back. The routes he gets beat on are jist smart calls by OC to test the stop/start ability with his ankle. He is fine straight up.

Disagree he looked as healthy as ever on the punt and KO return. Cutting on a dime on those two plays

If you would have told me Josh Dobbs is going 31 of 34 passing for 340 yards and 2 td's, I would have thought we'd win by at least two touchdowns. Statistically, one of the best nights ever for a Volunteer QB goes in vain.

I don't care about Vanderbilt and their six fans. They're an annoyance and little else. I blame our coaching staff far more than I credit Vanderbilt for that game.

When Tennessee fans outnumber them in their own stadium and it's perfectly quiet when we are on offense there is a problem at Vandy with support.

I recall Franklin was very frustrated that they didn't show up, even though they were doing well.

That said, I had a feeling that was going to be a rough game. Those guys aren't ranked high but they play hard for Mason. I guess he keeps his job another year.

Going forward and you deciding what moves are made is much easier on the body than back pedaling and another player/coach determining your movements/reaction. He isn't healthy. Coaches deserve plenty of bashing on CB play but Sutton broke bone in his ankle. To think he is 100% isn't being realistic.

Beating TN and going bowling prob gave him 2-3 more years minimum. He could go 1-11 next year only best TN and get another 2-3 years on top of that lol

He was cutting very well on Those returns. He like all the rest lost his "dog" on defense. The mentality for all of them is crushed

Mason and Stoops definitely saved their jobs this year. Muschamp will have an offseason similar to Butch's in 2014 after defying expectations and going bowling.

The East is about to get more competitive with more parity. Florida and Tennessee likely take steps back next year, while every other East team will get better, IMO.

Thankfully we won't have to face top 10 Missouri and South Carolina teams and a 9 win Vandy team in 2017, but I don't think we can take any game in the division for granted next season.

I see 7 wins next year on the schedule. What do y'all think

I think every East game will be a toss up, to be honest. We could go anywhere from 5-7 to 10-2.

Also wouldn't surprise me to see 2017 play out almost exactly like 2016. We beat GT to get some momentum going, beat a depleted Florida defense on the road, beat Eason at home, and then have some terrible losses against the likes of South Carolina/Mizzou/Kentucky along with our annual losses to our West opponents.

He had a terrible first half of every game for the first 2/3s of our season. App and Ohio were both offensive messes.

In games that Hurd did not play, this offense went off.

With Hurd:

App St - 319 yards
Va Tech - 330 yards
Ohio - 404 yards
Florida - 498 yards
Georgia - 357 yards
Alabama - 163 yards
S Car - 297 yards

AVG - 338 yards

Without Hurd:

A&M - 684 yards
TTU - 471 yards
UK - 599 yards
Mizzou - 609 yards
Vandy - 516 yards

AVG - 576 yards (602 against FBS opponents)

Fire debord

It's funny to me that everyone is so high on Guarantano, but thinks we will have a underwhelming season. If Guarantano lives up to the hype, we get 9+ wins next season.

He may seem like a scapegoat, but he had the same weapons in the bad games that he did in the good games. If Hurd was that big of a drag on making this offense work, then it is up to him as the OC to make the proper adjustments and he didn't.

I blame Butch for anything involving Hurd and not controlling the lockerroom. He is the one that allowed that one player to have a bigger than the program attitude.

Personnel decisions are 100% on the coaching staff.

He definitely has to take some blame, but I'm strictly talking about the production of the offense.
