Was the offense really our problem this year - for the most part? My only issue with the offense is we have a trend of going ultra conservative after getting leads. To me, this is on Butch as much as Debord. Either that or we are not adjusting.

Granted, a few games like USCe were bad.

The decline of our athletic programs starts at the top. I couldn't figure out what people meant when insiders would say "there's a lot going on in the AD and university system that is holding us back." Starting to see what they were talking about now. Sounds to me like a lot of the power players care more for their own egos than the health of the Program.

I guess there's some of that everywhere, but if you can't get out of your own way to hire Blackburn, then something isn't right.
