I 100% agree that Butch isn't the long-term answer, but we can't fire him without an answer. Fleck is just as much as a gamble as Butch is. Hiring a current coordinator could end up worse than Smart. Is Miles really the best choice and we just hope he gets an A+ coordinator? It mean seem like a slam dunk but we saw how Shoop ended up.

Idk I know this its a lot of rhetorical questions and ramblings but I'm very pessimistic about the future
