I'm totally done with Butch at this point. This is ridiculous and inexcusable. This game was a microcosm of the season. We're four years in and still struggling. I've defended him before but no longer. We shouldn't be struggling like we are this late in the season, much less losing to Vandy. He deserves credit for what he's done and turning the program around but he needs to go now in my opinion. I literally cannot watch the rest of this game. And that's a first for me.

That's it. I try to be optimistic but no more. Butch Jones needs to go. He is not making us a better football team. Making us a better program but not a better team.

Some of yall need to eat crow. Butch hit his ceiling. But sadly we are stuck with him for at least another year. Sucks for us.

He is an idiot. Was too busy working his next move and screwed everything up to where both sides are stuck with each other. Another miserable offseason

I'm embarrassed to be a Volunteer fan tonight. Losing the East was bad enough, but now we let a Sugar Bowl berth slip through our fingers in a loss to Vanderbilt. This season has been a massive failure.

I don't see how anyone can defend Butch after tonight.

UT has a massive problem right now. What bowl will want us? I doubt the fan base will put out big money to go to any bowl game at this point. Butch has lost everything he has worked so hard to build.

Those on the RF who have seen my posts will know that I am and always been a positive supporter of the program even in the tough times. But I'm sorry. I am officially on the fire Butch bandwagon. The program desperately needs a new direction. Tonight was embarrassing. Good grief.

I support the players and the program, but the coaching staff needs to be replaced.

I'm over this team and Butch. We've hit our ceiling, it's time to thank him for all he's done for Tennessee (which is a considerable amount) and move on I think.

You know that scene from the Walking Dead where Daryl is locked in that closet at Neegan's compound with the song Easy Street blasting on repeat 24/7? That's what I feel like right now.
