Vandy usually brings their best when playing UT. It is a fundamentally sound team most games. Their O-line is really good at holding and getting away with it, so our guys need to speed rush with zone blitzes and create as much havoc as possible with our safeties prepared to clean up the whiffs up front. Butch needs to work the officials on the holding. Vandy will not want to get into a shoot out because they are ball control O. So Debored and Butch need for it to become a shoot out. The D needs to play assignments - stay in their gaps and contain their O for just FG's.

Make it be 9-3. It isn't until it is and this will probably be a tough game.

I watch these other teams play and nobody ever gets hurt. Our guys go down more then any team I've ever witnessed

We had very few in-season injuries the first 3 years under Butch, too. Not sure if the issue this season was S&C or fall camp preparation or both. Or perhaps just a mountain of bad luck after staying relatively healthy 2013-2015.

Why would UT agree to negotiate down on his buyout, especially when we're in limbo with the Chancellor and AD?

Chancellor will be announced shortly, AD to follow quickly. Would you as an institution want to keep someone around that doesn't want to be there?

As much as I hate to say it... I'd kill not to have to play Bama every year. We would be so much more competitive in the East

We had a lot last season too though. Not nearly as bad as this season, but bad nonetheless.

As far as our wideouts go, this is the first season our top 2-3 have all stayed relatively healthy all season since Butch came in. So that's improvement at least.
