Maybe so. I didn't watch the game, so it's entirely possible.

But I will tell you this, I know Mizzou won the East the two preceding years, and I have no idea what their bowl fate was. Our own fans would remember the bowl, but the SECE championship (as minor of one that it is honestly) would have much more longevity.

I think you're not able to comprehend what I'm saying here, bro.

I'm not talking about whether fans will remember the bowl. I'm talking overall records. If we finished 9-5, I think most fans would consider winning the east a bit of an empty accomplishment that we won because UF choked and not because we took it.

10-3 would look pretty nice on paper and would be asir to swallow for a lot of fans and pundits.
