Election Results Thread

Dude you do realize that HRC didn't pull the black vote projected by all those polls right? Don't blame it on whitey.

My own brother didn't vote for her. Nobody likes her. Most black people were voting cause they hate Trump.

And hate is not as powerful a motivator as love.

Blaming white people isn't a great look for Democrats though. Their loss comes down to the party deciding on Hillary instead of finding a more appealing candidate. Took this from 538:

There’s going to be a lot of talk about white voters after the election, but looking at the exit polls, that’s not the full story. A big part of the story is that Clinton underperformed Obama with blacks and Hispanics. Clinton is winning only 88 percent of the black vote. Exit polls in 2012 had Obama at 93 percent. Clinton is only at 65 percent among Latinos. Obama won 71 percent of them

So basically Hillary lost 5% of the black vote and 6% of the Latino vote while running against an opponent who should have guaranteed those numbers to hold steady, if not increase. Says a lot about what Americans think of her as a whole.

Remember, she's tried to present herself as a friend to minorities while her political history has shown her supporting laws and measures that have led to a disproportionate number of minorities being locked away.

Much more to it than white people flocking to Trump's admittedly charged racial rhetoric.
