So half the country believes he sucks.

The other half want to have him on Mt. Rushmore.

Of course he has a bump right now....he has been running around the country, on our dime, promising free shat for the past month......

Highest rating of a 2nd term president at this point since Reagan (56%)

Based upon his handling of foreign policy? Domestic issues?

I have to disagree with this poll. I'm assuming all the calls were made to Chicago's South side.

Considering the 2 candidates trying to replace him are as bad or worse in some areas, I can see why his approval rating went up.

Great stat! So to the 40% who felt this was the most important quality, only 8 in 10 voted for Trump. No wonder the Trump campaign is saying they're going to have a tough night. Horrible news for them.

Again, we don't know how the other issues ranked.

All this tells us is that about 82% of the people who said change is important probably voted trump.

The country overwhelmingly wanted change, and to break up the monopoly between the super rich and political leadership.

If Trump had stuck to that, he'd have won easily. But he's such a basically awful person that it overshadowed it.

GOP needs someone who can be political, without being too political

Marco Rubio or Kasich would have wiped the floor with Hillary. I think she would have beaten Cruz and that's likely it.

Based on Volstylexx's posting style, I am starting to believe that LG is not that big of a troll. Not sure if that was his intent. I have been on sabbatical from the politics forum most of the football season but I come back and see this Volstylexx person posting. Not sure if you all caused him to be this way but my initial thoughts were "What a pompous @ss!". Then he touts being from Wisconsin/ the upper Midwest area, makes me ashamed to be from that area because that is not how people from Wisconsin act.

I live an teach in Madison, Wi, rated one of the most liberal cities in America.... this TN forum thinks my views are crazy liberal and here, I'm viewed as a conservative. I got yelled at last week for refusing to sign a pledge to save honey bees. It's amazing how geographical locations shape peoples' perception of us.

Volstylexx is Carlos's alt account. No way those two are not the same person. He seems to think that a Clinton vuctory is going to be some gigantic shock that no Trump supporter expected and it will just crush their lives. He is pretty pitiful actually.

Christie destroyed Little Marco in about 2 minutes. The Dems would have drawn and quartered him. Kasich wouldn't have gotten people to the polls.
