Movies you've seen recently II

Man I loved it. That nun was wild. I'll have to disagree on this one. You're entitled to that opinion, I'll have respectfully disagree with you.

The Visit- I'd say 7.5/10. It was creepy but weird, not quite sure how to describe it.

I would describe it as predictable for M Knight

I've heard of that lol.

It does have a reputation lol.

Oh no worries, art is subjective thing. I thought the first one was well done but felt like 2 was, trying a bit too hard maybe?

I can agree with that. Those are my favorite types of movies though. I will say the first was definitely better. I also liked Sinister but wasn't as high on the 2nd one.

I'm not even ashamed to admit it, that nun gave me nightmares lol I guess it was because it wasn't something you'd expect?

Star Trek Beyond- 7/10. Good movie.

Weird...I just now got through rewatching it too. I saw it at the theater when it came out, but the one I went to was having a very loud air conditioning problem. It really pretty much ruined the movie because I couldn't hear anything they were saying every time the AC unit switched on. I really enjoyed it. Good entrance into the franchise 8/10 for me

I loved how they fought the swarm at the end.

I'm going to give Houses That October Built a look.

Dallas, for a good cabin-in-the-woods flick you should peep AntiChrist with Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg. Great date night movie especially if it's her birthday. You're welcome.

Might want to be careful with that last one. It could give her ideas.

I just happened to get something in my eye about the same time that the brotherhood and camaraderie of soldiers and war was really brought into focus. Purely coincidental.

No way! That same thing just happened to me when Rocky was telling Donnie that everybody he loved in his life had passed on, and he was ok with moving on too....what a coincidence.

I know what happened to Sly's son, but what was supposed to have happened to Rocky's?

One of biggest piles of crap I've watched. Jmo

Sat next to group of meganerds who extolled it's greatness. Of course they looked at my daughters like they were extraterrestrials. :geek:

Rocky tells Adonis that his boy had fallen in love with some girl, and married her and moved to Vancouver to get away from living in Philly in Rockys shadow. He says he understands and is happy for him.
