I like Butch Jones, I like the spread offense, but this loss is on Butch. You can't have blind loyalty in your players, should've benched Dobbs he was horrible tonight. Hurd's play was not good either, I don't care if he plays another down for UT IMO.

I agree. There is no excuse for the offensive regression that has happened. It makes no sense. The absolute refusal to run Dobbs, our best weapon, forcing him to be a pocket passer and then the endless first down runs up the middle. The refusal to give Kamara the ball before he was injured! Butch has to do something about the offense

You see this in business all the time. Somebody good at one job gets promoted and isn't good enough at the next job. Not everybody can-- or should-- make the leap from the Big East to the SEC. We're seeing that with clarity.

I don't know who argued that he is better than LF, but people need to back off of Hurd a bit. Hurd is a great back, we saw it last year. Something is clearly wrong this year with him.

I'm afraid Jones has an 8 or 9 win ceiling as long as he remains married to this janky ol offense.

This reactionary blocking stuff they do with the O line ain't working at all. A championship Oline must be able to hit people in the mouth and put them on their tails.

I've not quit on Jones YET but if he doesn't make some wholesale changes on offense this offseason, then I doubt he'll ever get us back to championship form.
