Dooley never had to play Alabama with 3rd and 4th stringers at linebacker and a complete 2nd unit on OL.

I mean, it's godawful but given the injury situation you'd expect it to be.

True, but he did face them with a squad full of guys who didn't even belong on on SEC team. Supposedly our backups are supposed to be SEC level talent, or at least I hope so for the sake of our future.

We're still going to Atlanta. We are going to get healthy after the bye. Yeah this is bad but it's not embarrassing. This was due to happen.

Uh, no. It's embarrassing. I don't know what you're watching.

I realize the injuries and all that. I never really expected to win. I did not anticipate getting boat-raced like this.

Sneer all you want but if this is the OL going forward then we're going to have trouble scoring. If we have trouble scoring then we're in danger of losing to inferior teams because a couple of bounces go against us.

I have no idea how anyone who's watched the last decade of Tennessee football would take any conference game for granted. Even if a fifth of our roster weren't gone.

Jashon/Weisman should be back after the the bye. We put up 700 yards against TAMU. Missouri is the only game left to worry about

Injuries are a fair excuse if you fight hard and just come up short. They're not the reason you lose a conference game by 40. That happens because the other team is just on another level than you altogether.
