If he tested positive for an illegal drug in a hospital in College Station, what do you think the odds are of covering that up? IF that is what happened, UT really had no options. That being said...it was probably the dead Bama supporters in his dorm room getting smelly while the team was away.
HIPPA and hospital cooperation has come a LONG way the last 20 years. One tiny HIPPA violation by a hospital employee WILL get them instantly fired these days, no exceptions. I've seen it happen multiple times. I can promise you anyone on the staff in that ER that had access wouldn't spill a thing.
