Cops have a decided advantage in a foot pursuit. I'd think that those big shoes limit the clown's ability to avoid capture.

I'd like to know how this got started. Where did it originate? What the hell is the motive? No demands made. Just attention seeking?

Well with Halloween around the corner that's gonna put a damper on clown costumes I imagine.

There was a clown sighting or two in Farragut last year at some park. Clowns are creepy. Gacy was a clown.

I agree, this doesn't warrant an arrest but if they want to push the issue they could write a "disturbing the peace" ticket.

My mom was saying they had some clown sightings in Blount county. I figured dad had a few too many bug told her if one creeps into her yard to shoot it. Clowns will stop creeping after you put a bullet in their thigh
