It's all partisan political theater, certainly you see that.

The way this would work is that her lawyers will object to all questions and raise privileges. The Judicial Watch "lawyers" (and I use the term very loosely) will stomp their feet and whine.

They will use it to raise money from the screech machine, which is what they are all about. But by the time it comes to a head, she'll be in office, and a whole new layer of privileges attach.


Judicial Watch is fine with that. First, it allows them to whine EVEN MORE, and to raise EVEN MORE MONEY.

You have to understand that Judicial Watch is much like Fox. They really actually want her to win. It is how they make their living.

Not sure that is what he is saying. I'll wager he is talking about lowering tax rates to incentivize them to keep that money here.

Judicial watch got a lot further than the FBI.

It's rich listening to you denigrating the attorneys at JW. This from the "attorney" who spends the majority of his day on a Vols message board. I bet they have real lawyering stuff to do most of the day.

Again, you miss the point of the theater. NO MATTER what they find, they and their allies in the alt right media will portray it as HUGE!!

No, I didn't miss your point. I just chose not to respond to that particular conjecture.

Can you define this alt right term for me? Who is in it? I ask because I suspect that you will be using this term a lot over the next few months and I think it would be good to know who falls into the circle.

So called Conservatives who believe in capitalism and free markets can't call themselves free market conservatives and vote for Trump. He stands for the direct opposite of free market capitalism.

I've yet to hear him make such statements. He said he supports a 10 dollar minimum wage. He is taking the side of protectionism. Not free markets.

He made a joke about deporting Hillary - Headlines will treat it as a serious proposal; book it.

I'm fairly certain that this is pretty close to the truth. No answer while he checks with the party wordsmiths and branding authorities.
