Personally I see no reason to worry. It very well could be that Shoop knew he had a ton of talent but wanted to sort out how to best use it.
Some though probably think he spent more time there because he didn't think they were very good.
Either way, it seems a good investment of time considering the issues UT had in the secondary last year.
