On the News Sentinel Sports Page ESPN Recruiting Expert Craig Haubert really pumped the breaks on Akers to UT. Said it would be an "upset" if he were to go to UT.

This is the kind of recruit I think will lean our way if UT has a good season; especially if UT has the rushing attack that is expected of them.

Just got to prove it on the field.

As far as actual news on Cam lol.

Cam should see Tn play a couple times this year. Cam is going to give GA an OV for the Ga/Tn game and I'm sure he will give TN an OV as well, I just haven't seen what date yet.

Doug Matthews was hinting around this morning that we will get some really big news, possibly early this week, in the recruitment of a player that plays the same position as "Kamara and Hurd"(his words)...

Not sure if he's talking about this kid or not, but it would be a huge get...

I'd say you guys are probably right with Chandler but others could be Bentavious Thompson & Anthony McFarland Jr.

Those two are the only 4* recruits we have recruited for 2017 other than Chandler who is a 4* & Cam who is a 5*. A big get at the position of Kamara & Hurd means it's one of these 3 guys if it's not Cam.

What a great close that would be. Akers is obviously the wildcard, but I'll dream with ya here Bowlin. Then throw in 4 to 5 more highly rated players replacing 4 to 5 current commits and we're much closer to cooking with grease IMO.
