Can't really answer that question because Chandler is a 4* guy BECAUSE of his talent.

If he was rated a high 3 star I would still be excited over him because he would easily be bumped to a 4* after the season.

Brice and Callahan both discussed Chandler in their FB Live segment today, and both seemed really emphatic that they thought UT was sitting pretty with Chandler. I think they even used the specific phrase "we really like where Tennessee is at."
