Miller's tweet and handling of the matter was very classy. He thanked the coaches and his teammates and wished them luck going forward.

But Basillio said this morning

That was the Vol Colonel I believe....one of Tony's trusted "insiders" and in the same article he declared Chance Hall the starter at RT just as Butch has Kendrick taking some of his 1st team reps. He whiffed all around today.

Thanks for choosing UT young man, it's hard to crack the 2 deep in the SEC, especially with the talent Butch has recruited at DB

It was but I think they're all just creations of TB and not actually real people. Another way to pass off info but still distance himself from it

The "Colonel" also said Kendrick was our best OL the last two years. The "Colonel" may not know his stuff as well as Basilio thinks.

Whoever the Colonel is, it sounds like he needs to get back into the kitchen at KFC and get to work. :thud:

First 0ff, Good luck going forward Miller. You can not blame someone for going somewhere to play. It is very hard to better yourself if your not going to see the field.

Secondly, Basilio? Seriously? people still listen to him? I don't understand how the guy still has a show. JMHO but The only thing the guy knows anything about is baseball. Everything else he talks about is coming out of the wrong hole.

CB depth is deep. Between Baylen Buchannon losing his stripe and Marquill Osborne in the rotation, this guy probably saw the writing on the wall.

Whatever the situation, it seems like he handled it with nothing but class. That said, a week into fall practice seems like a weird time to leave.

Regardless, best of luck to this young man in his future endeavors.

Hasn't used his redshirt...transfer to a TCU,Baylor, Texas Tech,Houston et al and be ready as a RS sophomore.

when you recruit well, the players see the competition. If he thinks moving gives him more playing time elsewhere, I won't judge him for it. Good luck young man.
